Yes this would be nice, in Focus we had a feature where we could text too, but we could set rules too. So if a void were done, or a refund was too high, or a discount or whatever the system would send a text. This made Focus very proactive in stopping fraud and also streamlined the operation. No body likes to comb through reports, and the texting managers is nice for large organizations.
