I've have more than one time where standalone mods would help out a lot. I have bars and quick service places where we have modifiers that are part of the menu item category screens where you can select say Vodka then red bull and the red bull is a modifier of the vodka. Bar tenders only car about ringing in for things that charge, and they hate having a modifier page pop up every time for speed purposes. Quick service people have the same problem, or they want to get the item in with as few button clicks as possible, so we just do forced mods like min 1 max 1 and then they have 2 option 1 is select the most common up sales that live as standalone mods like add ranch, or bacon, or whatever, or then they select the item and bring up all modifiers.
