I've been getting more and more customers setup on QR Code payments and one of the merchant's biggest concerns is always how will they know when the check is closed. I tell them the table will show as available or the tab will disappear. After a little arguing they seem willing to give it a try. I was thinking that if we could have a notice at the user level/employee who owns the check pop up say check x was closed that would be great, just like we can do with the transferring of checks. that way next time they log into the pos they can see it, and it will be more proactive versus relative, which I believe is their big concern. This and or a color or icon for the tables/tabs that shows the check has been paid. I feel like with things like the A6630 coming out this will be more of a reality seeing the status of your table. It could also be used for communication from the kitch to the server, which would require us to go deeper on Cheftab, and or make our own.
