On the fly "Select an item from the order, and be able to hit "send to expo" to have one item in particular be sent to a specific kitchen printer for a first in first out kitchen management system.

Certain items are always out first, while during bigger orders, other items may come out first. We are looking for a way to select an item and choose to send it to another kitchen printer than the usual one, so that an expo chef can make that first, and get that out first, without preventing the rest of the order being created in the kitchen as well.
