Card Systems
We would like for customers that are using the built in Customer Checkout/flipping/spinning their ipads (no 2nd device) - To be able to capture Loyalty Signups during the checkout process.
This would be a big improvement at 3-4 of our locations, potentially saving dozens of hours collectively.
  1. Ask for Signup Option in BOH - Enabled/Disabled
  2. Signup prompts Before or After transaction is completed (first or last)
  3. Just need to gather simple info to get them in - Name (Mandatory) + Phone number or Email address - We only have 1 merchant that is gathering more than this, and they have their own dedicated process outside of edgeserv for this - So keeping it simple to just the three fields (Name, Number, Email) - would be ideal for speed and ease for the customer
