When using coursing with seat positions, it would be very handy and much quicker to have the seat position reset automatically to seat 1 ever time the course button was hit. IE start a seat 1, course 1. Enter appetizer, seat 2, appetizer, send and stay.
Then Course 2, now back to seat 1, salad, seat 2, soup, course 3...
now back to seat 1 again, etc... Might also be handy to reset on send and stay, so that we can easily start at seat 1 for the next round of items.
Not really sure about every time you pick up the check, it goes to Course 0 automatically. I'm thinking if Coursing has been activated, and at least Course1 exists, that the next time the check is picked up, the system should assume Course # + 1. For instance; I ring up & fire Course 1, and then come back, it should be already on course 2 waiting for my next entry.

added to above, would like to see added feature to limit no. of courses i believe now you can put in as many as you want, maybe 10 or a setting to limit to a certain number,
also on seat numbers would like to see the seat numbers stop or wrap around depending on how many guest are entered at start of check.
ex 4 guest, seat would stop or warp back to 1 after 4

Furthermore: The sort by course is putting course 0 at the bottom which is confusing, especially when you sort desc vs ascending and the course 0 comes before whatever the last course was (IE course3).
Secondly, the sort by icons at the top of the order entry screen do not work as expected. If I'm sorting by course, I would expect that to change. When sorting by seat number, I would expect that to change for the entire check no matter what course it was in, not just sort the seats inside each course separator line area.
Currently in v2020-7-17 the course sorting is the overriding setting, and the sort by alpha and seat only do so "within" their associated course. When coursing is used, this should not override which way I want to sort or display my check.
