Our clients are looking to be able to log in to the portal for their back end from their phones. Currently, the format on mobile web browsers is difficult to use at best. Some of the GUIs don't allow you to scroll or see certain information. They want to be able to to access reports and edit/add menu changes, from their mobile device. For example, the Price Editor can't be navigated through at all from a phone.

I do think having mobile support is imperative. It has been the difference in deals for me.

Michael Parrella it is designed for iPads and computers not for phones at this moment.

EdgeServ Support: Safari web browser on iPad does not allow you to select which location on a multi location site. When tapping on one or the other, it does not open the location BOH. Is mobile phone compatibility coming at some point?

Michael Parrella: In that case you might have a pop block enabled. iPad settings - Safari - "Block Pop-ups" . Dashboard is supported on mobile phone but we are not planning at this moment to implement the whole BOH functionality to phone. Too small.
