Attach Printed Docs to Order Information

Currently: Printed documents keeps a log of receipt/kitchen chits - and it has the order number
TSYS through Clearent is now requiring an uploaded receipt to do a refund. We need a way to get a clean copy of a receipt from printed documents remotely when this happens, busy restaurants/locations don't always have time to stop during the day to get us a copy.
My suggestion
Add a button to Order Information Lookup report view page to be able to download all printed documents (kitchen chits and or receipts - perhaps a modal here to choose which printed docs to retrieve)
Link the Order ID number from both the Printed Docs Log and the Order Information logs and then call the receipts back and display printed on screen.

- Printed docs would display on screen and then have a download button

This is cool, and I like the idea for the sake of having it, as I know it will come in handy. I think we should just empower the merchant to do the refund on their own. When I try doing partial refunds and maybe even full for later day, or negative sales, I can't fully remember I have failed. I'm pretty sure it was on Clearent where I was failing, and I don't know about TSYS nor Magensa. I just haven't had the time to figure it all out and why. I know DataCap has their tokens available for 45 days and you can do refunds and or new charges on their portal and the pos software can access this so you can do it from the POS software from the front of the house or back of the house. Either way I think we should empower the merchant to not call us, and if we can have it the same regardless of the processor or device even better. The best support is no support at all for the merchant, the dealer, and the ISV.
