When in the Daily Sales Dashboard clicking on "Revenue Center" or similar and then drilling down to "Tickets", only the employee name, gross sales, section, and open/close times are shown.
Many sites are requesting an easy way to view their current open or closed tickets from the dashboard live and without the name of the order, it is difficult for them to tell which order is what without referencing the order ID on the check/reciept.
If an order name column could be added to any ticket list in dashboard reporting drill downs (such as open tickets section of daily sales or closed orders under revenue centers), it would be very helpful for a lot of existing Edgeserv customers as well as resellers for locating tickets with limited info from the customer that may not have a copy of the check/reciept.
